Papilys simplifies international recruitment by automating and structuring every step of the process. As an employer member, you follow a structured journey: each stage is monitored in real time from your member dashboard, with a notification system and dedicated support throughout every phase.

Needs Definition:

You submit your recruitment mandate, specifying the positions, candidate profiles, and specific requirements you are looking for. You select the desired services (standard support, technical tests, automated interviews, etc.).

Distribution and Sourcing:

Papilys prepares and publishes job offers on the most relevant channels, launches targeted recruitment campaigns, receives and screens candidates, then invites selected candidates to complete their profiles on the platform.

Analysis and Validation:

Papilys analyzes your needs and initiates the compliance process. Pre-selected candidates complete their profiles and upload required documents, which are automatically and manually verified, ensuring legal and position-related compliance. You can then compare multiple profiles through a summary dashboard.
