What documents do I need to provide to complete my profile?
Yes, creating a candidate account is completely free. No fees are required to apply for opportunities available on the platform.
How is my information verified?
Every application undergoes an automatic verification (format and consistency checks), followed by a manual review by our team. This process ensures the reliability of candidate profiles and compliance with legal requirements.
Is my personal data protected?
Oui. Papilys est conforme à la Loi 25 du Québec en matière de protection des renseignements personnels. Vos données sont sécurisées et ne sont utilisées qu’à des fins de recrutement.
Can I edit my profile after completing it?
Yes. You can update your information, add new documents, or correct your details at any time directly from your dashboard.
How do I apply for a job opportunity?
Once you're signed in, you can browse available opportunities and click Apply. Your complete application will then be submitted automatically to the recruiter.
What does "Verified Application" mean?
A Verified Application is a profile whose documents and information have all been validated by the Papilys team. This verification enhances your credibility with employers.
Can I track the progress of my application?
Yes. In your candidate dashboard, you can track the status of each application, such as Under Review, Shortlisted, Not Selected, and more.
